This is a service we offer to our clients for when they have a reported concern or threat by an employee or person of interest to the organization. Historically, risk of violence related to behavior of a particular employee has been largely subjective in nature characterized by a person saying statements similar to “I have a bad feeling about this situation or person.” Strategos conducts a process of information gathering from criminal, civil, social media, supervisors, peers and analyzes the information gathered looking at 16 criteria of risk factors as well as 6-8 protective factors that mitigate the risk factors. After doing so Strategos develops a report that provides a comprehensive evaluation of risk in 3 different risk levels. Additionally this report will outline a recommended mitigation plan to reduce that risk through HR counseling, employee assistance programs, negotiated severance offers, discipline or termination.
