Largest Healthcare Systems In The Country.

Now It’s Your Turn.

All of our Healthcare safety and security solutions are designed to satisfy the “Joint Commission” accreditation requirements providing a safe and secure workplace and patient environment.

Workers in the Healthcare industry experience 20% of all workplace injuries and 50% of all workplace assaults.  It is estimated that an additional 30% of incidents are never reported.  These incidents can result in sever injury to employees, patients and visitors and even place a large legal and financial burden on your system.

At Strategos, we help you prepare for major incidents while helping to keep everyday events from escalating by offering you and your staff onsite training in workplace violence and active shooter scenarios.

Supervised Active Shooter Drills

After the workplace violence program has been approved and implemented as well as staff have received the requisite training related to the plan as well as prevention and response Strategos can conduct annual or bi-annual intruder response drills. The benefit of doing these drills is so the organization can identify opportunities for improvement related to response. Planning, delivery and safety is paramount when conducting these drills and doing a drill without taking these factors into consideration can result in accidental injury from those that participate.
