has been implemented in the Fort Osage School District, providing specialized training and security
personnel to enhance school safety.

Behavioral Incidents Before & After SPS Program

In the 2022-23 school year (before SPS implementation), Fort Osage saw:

• 1,573 total behavioral incidents
• 35 fights
• 317 classroom disruptions
• 52 vaping incidents

After implementing Strategos School Protection Specialists in 2023-24, incidents significantly dropped:

• 40.05% reduction in total incidents (1,573 → 943)
• 51.42% decrease in fights (35 → 17)
• 31.54% decrease in classroom disruptions (317 → 217)
• 87.5% decrease in theft incidents (8 → 1)
