Description:
This class is a natural match to our low light pistol offering. All exercises and team drills focus on the fact that most officer involved shootings occur in diminished light. This two-evening program will be the most worthwhile time you have spent training with your shotgun!

Concepts include:
combat loading, use of cover, support side shooting, adapting to cover, transitioning to the pistol, dynamic movements, working in a gas mask, multiple threats, CQB, communicating with your partner, varied lighting conditions, overcoming sensory overload and auditory exclusion, and more!

Class begins at 12:00 pm on the first day and classes run late into the evening.

Equipment:
Duty gear including pistol, high intensity flashlight and body armor, gas mask, wraparound eye protection (clear lenses for night events), hearing protection, ball cap, knee pads, hydration source, clothing suitable for all weather conditions, and a duffel
that will allow you to bring all of your gear to the line with you.

Note:
Shotguns MUST have a sling or attachment device that allows a muzzle-down, front
body carrying position.

Ammunition requirements:
500 trap loads, 50 rounds 00 buck, 50 rifled slugs
250 rounds pistol ammunition.

<Slings are required on all long guns>
